About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
  • Implement approved changes and service improvements.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft cloud environments.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor customer environments and proactively identify issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support automation and standardization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple customer teams.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation when required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in a Cloud Engineer, Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer role.
  • Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Microsoft certifications are highly desirable: AZ-104 MS-102 MD-102 SC-900
