- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers nationwide
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
- Maintain an active pipeline and achieve growth objectives
- Partner with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience
- A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities
- Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach
- Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
- Ability to manage a large territory and stay organized in a remote environment
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field preferred
