- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across a regional or national territory
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Lead thoughtful, consultative sales conversations focused on client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a strong client experience
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistent outreach activity
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience
- A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities
- Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach
- Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
- Ability to manage a territory and stay organized in a remote environment
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is helpful, but not required
