About the role

  • Conduct keyword research, listing optimization, and competitive analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon flat files for listing creation and updates
  • Implement strategies for effective keyword indexing and ranking
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful product launches on the Amazon platform
  • Manage Amazon replenishment inventory, including creating new shipments
  • Experienced with Amazon category nodes, product types, product groups, and GL classifications
  • Proficient in Amazon Rufus white papers and AI-driven search optimizations
  • Experienced in ASIN merges, ASIN refreshes, and SKU transfers between ASINs
  • Skilled in Amazon reimbursement claims and reconciliation processes
  • Experienced in Walmart listing optimizations, Walmart Brand Portal management, and content enhancement
  • Experienced in supplement, pest control, or similar regulated categories with knowledge of EPA requirements and compliance standards
  • Proficient in analyzing Search Query Performance reports, Market Basket Analysis, and competitive intelligence data
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and generate actionable insights through detailed reporting
  • Design and execute A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates (CVR) and click-through rates (CTR) through data-driven experimentation
  • Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to analyze Amazon reporting data
  • Write compelling appeals based on provided inputs to address any issues or challenges that may arise
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and master new tools and techniques quickly in the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Marketplace Manager or eCommerce Specialist
  • Expert knowledge of Helium 10, Amazon flat files, and inventory management processes
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategies, ranking optimization, and product launches
  • Proficiency in Amazon Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance data analysis and optimization
  • Experience with Walmart marketplace management including Walmart flat files, bulk uploads, and catalog management
  • Experience managing regulated categories (supplements, pest control) with EPA/FDA compliance knowledge
  • Demonstrated success with A/B testing and continuous CVR/CTR optimization
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Amazon/Walmart reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data manipulation abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Availability to work 9 AM to 5 PM PST
