Key responsibilities & impact- Support Infrastructure projects
- Support projects involving Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business requirements with stakeholders
- Analyze current business processes and systems
- Design solutions and write technical requirements
- Test and implement technology solutions
- Identify issues, obstacles, and opportunities and develop and implement effective solutions
- Multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
- Deliver the ultimate customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
- Experience working on Infrastructure projects
- Experience supporting Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP Telecommunications, or Service Center projects
- Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements with stakeholders
- Experience analyzing current business processes and systems
- Experience designing solutions and writing technical requirements
- Experience testing and implementing technology solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including identification of issues, obstacles, and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions
- Ability to work hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite
