Backend Engineer

• Define end-to-end architecture for AEM-based retail platforms (AEM Sites and AEM Assets/DAM)
• Design scalable, high-performance digital experiences for retail/eCommerce use cases (product discovery, promotions, personalization)
• Architect and optimize Digital Asset Management (DAM) for product content, campaign assets, merchandising workflows
• Lead integration architecture between AEM and enterprise systems (eCommerce platforms, PIM, OMS, CRM systems)
• Design API-first and microservices-based architecture for content and commerce integration
• Define AEM best practices (components, templates, workflows, OSGi services)
• Optimize performance (dispatcher configuration, CDN strategies, caching)
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture governance
• Support AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) adoption and migration strategies
