About the role

  • Maintain all partners related documents
  • Prepare leads datasets
  • Document processes, identifying and implementing improvements to processes
  • Prepare relevant documentation for meetings
  • Collect information for internal and external reporting purposes
  • Update the database in the Customer Relations Management system (CRM)

Requirements

  • An ideal candidate will strive to generate positive environmental and social impact in line with EIT Urban Mobility’s mission
  • A level of education (Master or Bachelor) completed less than 2 years ago or ongoing in Science and Technology or Business
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1), Spanish (B2)
  • One or more additional European languages is a plus
