About the role
- play a key role in the implementation, integration and roll-out of key assurance innovation initiatives
- Administration of CaseWare including administering licenses, entity creation and template management
- Provide Tier 2 application support for CaseWare , including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination
- Serve as the escalation point for CaseWare issues, managing defects, prioritizing enhancements, coordinating resolutions, and tracking outcomes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Enterprise Technology & Information team to monitor CaseWare ticket volume, identify trends, and improve the issue management processes
- Participate in the initial exploration and assessment of new assurance software tools
- Develop and execute test cases to assess the functionality and performance of new assurance software
- Develop and document formalized processes and controls around new assurance software tools
- Develop, maintain and update practice management tools
- Liaison between National Office , AI and Enterprise Technology & Information
- Collaborate with internal teams and facilitate the resolution of gaps that have been identified in current processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3 + years of experience within an assurance team at a public accounting firm
- 2+ years of experience within a business transformation role
- CPA, or equivalent experience
