About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize sales and operational processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and analyze CRM data to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.
- Coordinate order processing, account management, and customer onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Assist with pricing, contracts, renewals, and sales documentation.
- Monitor service levels and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and executive leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, customer success, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Experience using ERP systems and business intelligence platforms is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
