About the role

  • You conceptualize, shoot and edit video content for our social media channels, website and pitches (e.g., Reels, explainer videos, interviews)
  • You take care of sound — from selecting appropriate music to editing voice-overs and sound effects
  • You bring static graphics to life and create animated icons and motion graphics for our digital formats
  • You develop custom illustrations and key visuals that make our complex energy topics visually accessible
  • You support the team in planning video shoots and help with general marketing organization (e.g., event preparation)
  • You maintain our media library and ensure video and audio assets are optimized and available for all platforms

Requirements

  • Study background: You are enrolled in a Design, Multimedia, Media Technology or a comparable degree program
  • Motion/video specialist: You have solid skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
  • Illustration talent: You have a knack for digital illustration and can translate complex topics into simple visuals
  • Technical understanding: You are fluent in exporting for different channels (aspect ratios, codecs, bitrates)
  • Organizational skills: You work in a structured way, can keep track of multiple projects and enjoy general team support tasks
  • Mindset: You are passionate about the energy transition and want to make our mission visible through moving images
