• Support the operational management and further development of business systems based on Zoho One
• Manage Zoho applications in day-to-day business
• Maintain stable and transparent system structures
• Implement automations and maintain logic and rules within the systems
• Work closely with the process and development teams to translate requirements into functional system solutions
• Develop Zoho One applications and documentation for daily business operations
• Configure and maintain modules, fields, layouts, and logic within the systems
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into processes
