About the role
- Responsible for acquiring and developing our clients in the residential housing sector
- Lead sales activities for heat pump contracting
- Conduct negotiations at C-level
- Pipeline management
- Collaborate with other teams, especially Operations
- Supported by Sales Operations and Technical teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in the energy sector or housing industry
- Experience in energy contracting and/or heat pump sales
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional manner
- Self-directed, results- and closing-oriented working style
