About the role
- Actively shape and develop service processes in international subsidiaries
- Develop tailored service processes in collaboration with local subsidiaries
- Serve as the central interface between international teams and internal specialist departments
- Ensure smooth and efficient service processes
- Contribute new ideas and work on an international service audit system for quality assurance
- Develop training concepts to strengthen service teams worldwide
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics (Information Systems), or Business Administration — comparable qualifications welcome
- Initial professional experience in service management or product-related services
- Knowledge of logistics, spare parts management, returns and repair management, and contact center processes
- Willingness to travel for multi-day business trips
- Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision)
