About the role
- Support and advise our customers with the aim of developing tailored solutions and promoting long-term customer relationships
- Professionally present our products, solutions, and concepts on-site at customer locations
- Actively support the development of sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain and expand customer relationships and actively grow the customer base
- Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals and quotes
- Independently conduct order negotiations and reviews
- Provide commercial and technical consulting and develop customer-specific solutions in close collaboration with our merchandisers
- Work closely with back office, internal sales, and merchandisers to ensure smooth processing
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Experience as a field sales representative and a strong hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Independent, structured way of working
- Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation and closing skills
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP system Microsoft Navision is a plus
- Driving license class B (car) and willingness to travel
