Requirements

  • A degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, or business administration is an advantage.
  • Initial professional experience in service management or product-related services is desirable.
  • Ideally familiar with logistics, spare-parts management, returns and repair management, and contact center processes.
  • Enjoys working in a team, is communicative, and takes responsibility.
  • Business-fluent German and English; additional foreign languages (e.g., Spanish) are an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Navision) is helpful.
  • Willingness to travel for multi-day business trips.
