About the role

  • You take commercial responsibility for our spare parts and accessories business — from pricing to revenue development.
  • You develop innovative monetization concepts that apply across the entire consumer journey.
  • You design new service products that address real customer needs.

  • You are responsible for refurbishment strategies that combine sustainability and economic viability.
  • You develop fixed-price repair models that are transparent and customer-friendly.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Service Management, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: Experience in product management, service management, or after-sales — ideally in an international environment.
  • Professional skills: Knowledge of lifecycle management for services/products and a strong understanding of customer expectations in the after-sales area.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills, strategic and conceptual thinking, high customer orientation, and a goal-driven approach.
  • Languages: Business-fluent German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
