About the role

  • Preparation of sales meetings (including presentations and benchmark comparisons).
  • Support in implementing marketing measures and sales campaigns.
  • Support for Key Account Managers in the garden sales area, including appointment management and preparation.
  • Preparation and analysis of statistics.
  • Reliable correspondence with customers (German and English).
  • Ensuring product reservations for assigned customers in the ERP system.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management) or a degree in business administration/economics, preferably with a focus on sales.
  • Initial professional experience in sales or customer management is an advantage (including through training, internships, or working-student positions).
  • Affinity for sales and interest in our products.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and confident demeanor.
  • Persuasiveness, negotiation skills, team spirit, and a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and spoken English.
