About the role
- Preparation of sales meetings (including presentations and benchmark comparisons).
- Support in implementing marketing measures and sales campaigns.
- Support for Key Account Managers in the garden sales area, including appointment management and preparation.
- Preparation and analysis of statistics.
- Reliable correspondence with customers (German and English).
- Ensuring product reservations for assigned customers in the ERP system.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management) or a degree in business administration/economics, preferably with a focus on sales.
- Initial professional experience in sales or customer management is an advantage (including through training, internships, or working-student positions).
- Affinity for sales and interest in our products.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident demeanor.
- Persuasiveness, negotiation skills, team spirit, and a high degree of self-motivation.
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good written and spoken English.
