About the role
- Lead cross-functional IT projects including requirements analysis, project planning and control, and quality assurance
- Commissioning and coordination of internal and external IT service providers
- Monitor schedules and costs for contracted services
- Close collaboration with business units and internal committees
- Deep engagement with requirements management, business objectives, and business processes
- Translate problems into implementable individual tasks
- Responsible for the project budget and management of partners and resources
- Development and enhancement of IT applications
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or extensive professional experience in similar fields
- At least 5 years' experience in managing IT projects, requirements management, or IT product ownership
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as assertiveness and persuasive ability
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for new topics or areas of work
- High level of customer/service orientation, combined with a confident presence and the ability to assert oneself
- Fluent German and English; any additional languages are an advantage
- Limited willingness to travel
