About the role
- Create and maintain technical product documentation including design documents, datasheets, addendums, and technical notes
- Develop product training materials, transition guides, and migration guides for internal and external customers
- Validate and document new product capabilities in collaboration with design, product engineering, and quality teams
- Review customer designs and provide guidance on schematics, board layouts, PDN, and thermal considerations
- Support definition of new products by contributing to feature feasibility and market readiness discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience working with DRAM products or technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and debug complex technical issues
- Self-directed with the ability to work effectively across teams
