- Support product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps for HBM products
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams in Asia
- Contribute to customer enablement and new product introduction activities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of semiconductor hardware and software, computer architecture, AI systems, or related technologies
- Ability to analyze complex technical and business information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated learning agility and hands-on approach
- Exposure to product management concepts through coursework, projects, internships, or research
- Familiarity with AI platforms, accelerated computing systems, or advanced memory technologies
- Experience analyzing market or competitive data
