About the role
- Build and complete a multi-year roadmap to transform Physical Security, SOC/GSOC Operations, Threat Intelligence, and Insider Risk programs
- Redesign security operations around AI agents and automation
- Identify security tasks suitable for AI agent automation or AI-assisted execution
- Deploy AI agents to reduce workload and cognitive burden
- Implement AI-based analytics and agents that continuously identify and prioritize risk
- Define the target-state AI and data architecture supporting converged security operations
- Lead AI initiatives from concept through production and enterprise scale
Requirements
- Experience with AI agents, machine learning, or advanced analytics in security or adjacent domains
- Experience in security technology, security engineering, or security operations
- Strong understanding of enterprise physical security systems and security operations workflows
- Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to operational problems
- Ability to translate security risk and operational needs into technical and automated solutions
- Experience with converged security or fusion-center-style operations (preferred)
- Knowledge of security risk frameworks and governance models (preferred)
- Relevant certifications or advanced education in security, technology, or AI-related fields (preferred)
