Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years in software engineering or IT
- 5+ years in senior leadership managing AI/ML or digital transformation portfolios
- Deep understanding of modern AI stacks and MLOps ecosystems
- Familiarity with security automation tools
- Proven ability to lead teams in regulated or security-conscious environments
- Servant-leader mentality with the ability to influence C-suite customers
