About the role
- Representing Fab in company customer sample activities.
- Accountable of product qualification in Fab context to satisfy the business need, including qual material management strategy and tactical work.
- Monitoring and reacting to critical reliability indicators including probe, param, and inline metrics.
- Building a positive relationship within Fab16 internal organizations (e.g. PIE, Supply Chain, etc.).
Requirements
- Expected to collaborate with Business Units, Product Engineering to ensure all customer sample demand are met.
- Drive initiatives related to customer sample handling within OMT.
- Accountable for sample commitment, to meet the volume, schedule and quality requirement.
- Lead Fab NPI including transfer activities between sites.
- Ensure smoothed new product introduction process and fulfill the business requirement, in terms of yield and schedule.
- Planning and coordination of new part qualification.
- Building a positive relationship with Corporate Product and Quality group.
