Lead validation and characterization of DRAM products on system platforms and next-generation processors.
Analyze yield and performance data to optimize reliability.
Conduct root-cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
Develop application notes, design guides, and training materials.
Act as the primary technical contact for customer integration and troubleshooting.
Provide SI/PI guidance, memory controller timing recommendations, and bring-up support.
Collaborate with R&D, design, manufacturing, and marketing to influence product features and roadmaps.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
5–7 years of experience in DRAM product or applications engineering
Strong knowledge of DRAM architecture and standards (DDR4, DDR5, HBM, GDDR)
Deep understanding of system architecture and memory integration
Proficiency in Python, Linux, and analytics tools (e.g., JMP)
Experience with high-frequency lab equipment and SI/PI fundamentals
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills for customer and cross-functional engagement
Willingness to travel as needed
