About the role

  • Lead validation and characterization of DRAM products on system platforms and next-generation processors.
  • Analyze yield and performance data to optimize reliability.
  • Conduct root-cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop application notes, design guides, and training materials.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customer integration and troubleshooting.
  • Provide SI/PI guidance, memory controller timing recommendations, and bring-up support.
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, manufacturing, and marketing to influence product features and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in DRAM product or applications engineering
  • Strong knowledge of DRAM architecture and standards (DDR4, DDR5, HBM, GDDR)
  • Deep understanding of system architecture and memory integration
  • Proficiency in Python, Linux, and analytics tools (e.g., JMP)
  • Experience with high-frequency lab equipment and SI/PI fundamentals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for customer and cross-functional engagement
  • Willingness to travel as needed
