About the role
- Translate strategic objectives into project plans and program roadmaps
- Lead projects from inception to sustainment, including defining objectives, accomplishing plans, assessing risks, and ensuring goal achievement within budget and timelines
- Drive accountability through clear definitions, communication, feedback
- Identify and lead project-level risks, making informed decisions
- Establish methods for measuring program performance, providing consolidated reporting for various collaborators
- Align engineering, construction, operations, finance, legal, EH&S, quality, and IT around shared outcomes
- Cultivate positive relationships with collaborators to achieve objectives
- Coordinate with program sponsors and collaborators to define problems, scope, progress measurements, timelines, and resources
- Communicate clearly and concisely, employing storytelling to engage and influence decisions, behaviors, or opinions
- Utilize business acumen to incorporate standard methodologies and lessons learned in program and project execution
- Leverage BI tools to enable data-driven decisions and insights ensuring efficient outcomes for Micron's critical initiatives
- Understand, interpret, and act on data to drive decision-making, curiosity, and innovation
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards to communicate program health
- Adopt new tools, processes, and systems for innovative ways of working and continuous improvement
- Find opportunities to leverage technology (AI/Copilot) for driving better business outcomes
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in program/project management, construction management, procurement program management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Construction Management
- Experience with mega-capital projects including construction and/or infrastructure procurement and/or project controls
- Influence without authority, executive storytelling, and collaborator engagement across levels
- Highly skilled in analytical thinking and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrates effective communication, influencing team members and leaders

- Experience with Construction Management Systems (Procore) preferred
- Firsthand experience with PPM tools (Microsoft Project/Smartsheet), ERP/eProcurement (SAP/Oracle/Ariba/Coupa), and BI (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
- Professional certifications: PMP/PgMP, CCM, PE, CPSM preferred.
