About the role
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations and projects of the Taiwan bench, ensuring flawless execution and timely completion.
- Support all functions with urgent repair requests.
- Collect and analyze new information extensively, staying abreast of industry trends and new technologies in components.
- Lead team members in developing new repair projects and formulating long-term plans and execution strategies.
- Cooperate with Central bench, other site benches, and external departments to understand user needs.
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Extensive understanding of the applications and principles of components used in equipment, such as valves, pneumatics, electrical systems, machining components, automation control, surface treatment or coating and robotics
- Bachelor's degree above in Engineering, semiconductor-related field or equivalent experience.
- World-class teamwork and interpersonal skills, proficient in English communication, to work effectively with diverse teams.
