About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- BIM coordination and model development across electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural disciplines
- Implementation and support VDC workflows, ensuring integration with project objectives and schedules
- Work with Revit families, templates, and BIM content to ensure consistency across projects
- Generation of clash detection reports using Revizto or Navisworks and participate in coordination meetings
- Maintenance of accurate models and documentation throughout design and construction phases
- Assistance with drawing production and model-based take-offs
- Work with automation tools to streamline repetitive modeling tasks
- Contribution to company BIM standards and process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in BIM/VDC roles, preferably in the data center, commercial, or industrial sectors
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit is essential.
- Experience with Revizto or Navisworks, BIM 360 is highly desirable
- Familiarity with construction documentation, detailing, and coordination principles
- Understanding of building systems (MEP) and construction sequencing
- English proficiency (B1 level or higher)
- Knowledge of design and engineering collaboration workflows
- Ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Passion for digital design, innovation, and continuous improvement.
