Recruitment

• Source and recruit candidates, including passive candidates for major projects in Ukraine and EU countries.
• Develop, update, and post job openings on appropriate platforms and job sites.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications to evaluate if they meet position requirements.
• Perform preliminary screening interviews.
• Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.
• Select the best candidates and assist the HR Manager/Recruiter in conducting video interviews and sorting through applicants.
• Draft communication materials, such as emails, messages to candidates, and offer and rejection letters.
• Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates.
• Assist the HR Manager in various HR duties.
• Provide reports to the HR Manager on a daily basis for completed or in-progress tasks.
