About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR priorities aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and supervise the HR team, providing coaching, direction, and professional development.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee performance evaluation, career development, and leadership development programs.
  • Administer and periodically review compensation, incentive, and benefits programs; manage relationships with brokers, PEO/ASO providers, and other HR vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and HR policies across all operating jurisdictions, coordinating with external counsel and local advisors as appropriate.
  • Oversee leave administration, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation coordination, and HR policy administration.
  • Direct HRIS, payroll coordination, personnel records, HR reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements to leadership.
  • Support mergers, organizational changes, and other strategic initiatives affecting the workforce.
  • Help preserve and strengthen the Company's culture through effective communication, employee engagement, and leadership support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree and/or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Experience supporting multi-state employment matters; international HR experience preferred
  • Knowledge of employee relations, investigations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and employment law
  • Excellent communication, judgment, organizational, and leadership skills.
