About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquisition of strategically relevant B2B key accounts in the DACH region
- Advising clients and developing customized, needs-based sales solutions
- Preparing proposals and conducting contract and price negotiations
- Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of a sales team
- Active pipeline and forecast management in the CRM system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in B2B sales with multinational companies
- Initial experience in the functional and/or disciplinary leadership of a sales team
- Strong sales, customer and closing orientation
- Experience managing sales KPIs and working with CRM systems
- Negotiation-level German and English, both written and spoken
