About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage and develop relationships with UK & International TMC and corporate clients
- You drive the adoption and growth of ehotel solutions, including central billing, priority booking platform and Online Booking Engine partner integrations
- You support account growth, client retention, and new business opportunities
- You conduct client meetings, presentations, business reviews, and product demonstrations
- You work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Service, and Onboarding teams
- You represent ehotel at customer meetings and industry events across the UK & International markets
- You maintain accurate client and pipeline documentation and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within travel, hospitality, or corporate travel
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Independent, structured, and commercially driven way of working
- Confident handling of CRM systems, Office applications and digital tools
- Native English skills
- Willingness to travel within the UK & International markets
