About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You ensure our hotel content is always up to date — by updating, optimizing and performing quality checks
You manage our hotel partners and suppliers, maintain relationships and ensure smooth operations through reporting and audits
You support our hotel procurement team in expanding and enhancing the hotel program for our corporate clients
You guide new hotel partners from onboarding to activation of contracted rates
You coordinate our international database team and ensure processes run efficiently
You support other departments on projects and contribute your expertise where it is needed
You create and maintain manuals, process documentation and training materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed vocational training or a degree in hospitality, tourism or a comparable field
You already have initial experience in account management or relevant roles in hospitality or tourism
You demonstrate strong communication skills, work independently, are well organized and have an eye for detail
You enjoy working in a team, including in an international environment
You are proficient with Office programs, tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
You are business-fluent in German and very good in English; additional languages are a plus
