About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take inbound calls, listen, consult, and advise clients on health insurance options
  • Responsible for outbound follow-up
  • Meet daily sales metrics, goals and carrier quality expectations
  • Work hours between 6:00AM – 6:00PM PST, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must possess an active resident state health insurance license
  • Previous sales experience or a passion for learning and growing in a sales role
  • Strong technology skills; ability to navigate between multiple systems
  • High level of integrity and customer focus; maintain and exceed quality scores
