Individual and Family Plan Sales Representative – Seasonal

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take inbound calls, listen, consult, and advise clients on health insurance options
- Responsible for outbound follow-up
- Meet daily sales metrics, goals and carrier quality expectations
- Work hours between 6:00AM – 6:00PM PST, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must possess an active resident state health insurance license
- Previous sales experience or a passion for learning and growing in a sales role
- Strong technology skills; ability to navigate between multiple systems
- High level of integrity and customer focus; maintain and exceed quality scores
- Alignment with eHealth’s mission and demonstration of company values
