About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-first solutions aligned with customer and business needs
Own products across the full lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, measurement, and iteration
Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage backlog prioritization
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and influence system architecture and design
Champion product vision and build alignment across internal and external stakeholders
Serve as Product Owner within Agile frameworks, participating in all Scrum ceremonies
Optimize product development processes to improve delivery speed, quality, and team impact
Communicate product performance, metrics, and roadmap updates to stakeholders
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize initiatives and measure success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
10+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B2C environments
Proven experience building AI-powered enterprise SaaS products
Experience serving as Product Owner in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex products
Preferred: Experience in healthcare, insurance, or marketplace-based platforms
Preferred: Experience with tools such as Atlassian suite, Jira, Miro, Figma, and generative AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT)
