About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support high-volume recruitment initiatives for our teleSales group.
Partner with Sales hiring managers to attract critical talent for their teams.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling hiring interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing candidates through onboarding.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting metrics, including completed number of video interviews, hiring manager interviews, and offers.
Create a positive and engaging candidate experience through education and proactive communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a minimum of three years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably within the insurance industry or contact center environments.
You have extensive working knowledge of Workday Recruiting.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to ever-changing needs and priorities.
You have experience working with a variety of software, including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other tools.
You have strong attention to detail, process orientation, and organizational skills.
You can work autonomously and collaboratively.
You have a passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong follow-through.
