About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Contributes to the development of learning solutions, including e-learning modules, workshops, job aids, and other training materials.
- Assists in identifying learning needs and gaps through collaboration with stakeholders, employee feedback, and performance data.
- Partners with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content and materials.
- Coordinates learning and development activities, events, and logistics to support program execution.
- Provides technical and administrative support for the learning management system (LMS), SharePoint, and related tools.
- Assists with data tracking, reporting, and evaluation of learning program effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support the integration, communication, and execution of learning solutions.
- Supports vendor engagement activities, including coordinating deliverables and escalating issues as needed.
- Maintains accurate records of training participation, completion, and program documentation.
- Supports the continuous improvement of learning programs, processes, and materials.
- Demonstrates flexibility to support a variety of learning and development activities as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or other field; Master’s preferred.
- At least 2 years of work experience, with 1 year of learning program/project management.
- Experience in healthcare preferred
