Sales Development Representative – Southern Germany, Rhine-Main Area

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently reach out to prospective new customers to generate sales opportunities
- Use multichannel outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and in-person visits
- Conduct structured needs analyses to establish the basis for successful deals
- Schedule and optimally prepare initial meetings for Sales Managers
- Document all activities in Salesforce and ensure a clear handover
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in telephone-based sales/customer contact
- Enjoy researching target customers/prospects
- Empathy and the ability to tailor conversations to individual needs
- Disciplined, process-driven working style with CRM systems
- Excellent German communication skills and good English proficiency
- Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week
