Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities to be qualified, engaged, and signed-up to provide Hussle as an employee benefit
Provide feedback and insights to improve the proposition and optimise the sales process
Carry out lead generation and target company research in assigned regions and sectors, and qualify and convert marketing-generated leads
Participate in, and occasionally lead, events and webinars to support lead generation and increase brand awareness
Prepare and present customised sales pitches to senior decision makers at target companies
Build territory plans, conduct outbound lead generation sales events, and aim to conduct around 5+ new client meetings per week to build pipeline
Consistently close deals to achieve on-target earnings
Requirements
You are based in or around London, or you possess excellent knowledge of the London corporate landscape
You have proven experience selling employee benefit solutions and packages to HR and Finance teams across companies of all sizes, and ideally bring additional experience in B2B SaaS sales
You have exceptional communication and presenting skills
You are confident at handling objections and negotiating good outcomes for all parties
You have strong closing abilities, a commercially sharp mind, and plenty of resilience to consistently deliver new business for the company
You are used to working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
You have experience in the health and fitness industry on a professional or personal level (nice-to-have)

Compensation: Earn an OTE between £55,000 and £70,000 p.a., with 70% base salary and 30% variable component
