About the role
- New customer acquisition: You independently identify and acquire corporate customers and own the sales process—from initiating the first meetings to closing contracts successfully.
- Account management: You support your existing customers with operational questions and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Customer engagement initiatives: You help activate customers’ employees through events and communication measures.
- CRM management: You document your activities in a structured way in our CRM system (Salesforce), enabling efficient collaboration.
- Sales innovation: You contribute optimization suggestions and ideas to make the sales function even more successful.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Sales experience: You have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, demonstrate strong negotiation skills and don’t get discouraged by an initial “no”.
- Regional focus: You know the regional business landscape in your sales territory and understand how local companies operate.
- Customer understanding: You can quickly adapt to different interlocutors and consistently find the right approach.
- Results orientation: You are driven by the idea of taking control of your own success.
- Passion for sports: You are enthusiastic about sports and can inspire others with your passion.
- Language skills: You have fluent German and good English skills.
