About the role
- You are the driving force behind the sale of our innovative technology solutions across Southeast France (PACA and part of Occitanie)
- You act as a commercial and technology consultant to analyze and understand in detail your clients' business challenges, from independent studios to large fitness clubs
- You promote and conduct demonstrations of EGYM solutions in your territory, generating new opportunities through outbound calls, networking and on-site visits, and converting them into high-value sales
- You create and present professional profitability analyses, return on investment (ROI) calculations and digital concepts tailored to the French market
- You organize and execute regional sales events in cities such as Marseille, Nice or Montpellier, with the support of our Marketing team
- You are responsible for regular sales reporting and pipeline management (using Salesforce) directly to our Country Director
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in solution sales (B2B), preferably with a technology background and a proven track record in consultative selling
- Previously held a commercial, financial or managerial role within a gym, fitness center or health facility and possess a deep understanding of fitness business economics
- Highly motivated, results-oriented and capable of developing a premium client network in Southern France
- Highly organized in your day-to-day fieldwork and experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and passionate about digitalization
- Excellent communication skills with native-level French and a good command of English (spoken and written)
