Sales Manager – Mönchengladbach / Aachen
EGYMSales Manager responsible for B2B customer acquisition and management in Mönchengladbach and Aachen. Working with Salesforce and collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance client engagement.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- New business acquisition: You independently identify and acquire corporate clients and take responsibility for your sales process — from initiating the first meetings to successfully closing contracts
- Account management: You support your existing clients with operational questions and build long-term, trust-based relationships
- Employee activation: You contribute to activating customers' employees through events and communications initiatives
- CRM management: You document your activities in a structured way in our CRM system (Salesforce), enabling efficient collaboration
- Sales innovation: You contribute optimization suggestions and ideas to make the sales function even more successful
- Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales experience: You have at least two years of practical experience in B2B sales and are ready to apply your skills in a growing market sector
- Regional connection: You are from Mönchengladbach or Aachen, or you know the region well enough to be familiar with its culture, people and local characteristics
- Results-driven: You are motivated by taking ownership of your own success

- Working style: You have a structured and independent approach to your work
