About the role
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with director-level decision makers in Campus Recreation
- Drive consultative sales of the EGYM portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Own territory development: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Present innovative solutions, best practices, and vision casting to prospective customers
- Generate new business opportunities, close contracts, and expand existing accounts
- Navigate and accelerate complex purchasing requirements
- Partner with Marketing and Events teams to support regional sales opportunities
- Stay informed about trends in campus recreation, wellness, and technology
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to regional growth
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in solution-based selling
- Demonstrated track record of territory development and pipeline management
- Ability to access and engage director-level decision makers in Campus Recreation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High-energy, self-starter with results-driven mindset
- Comfortable traveling up to 60–70% of the time
- Must reside within the designated territory and near a major airport
