About the role

  • Lead with Ownership: Translate objectives into UX strategies and define path forward.
  • Discover Needs: Drive research to uncover user and customer insights in pilot programs.
  • Design Experiences: Build personas, map journeys, design flows, create prototypes.
  • Prototype & Test: Quickly build, test, and iterate prototypes with users and clients.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Think beyond silos, take initiative, drive product success.
  • Stay Fresh & Tech-Savvy: Scout and integrate new UX methods and AI-driven tools.
  • Onboarding and first 90 days goals: onboard to EGYM ecosystem, visit client sites, deliver UX research & design plan, run testing cycles, lead end-to-end UX sprint.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in UX/UI and UX research; experience in startups and larger organizations; high ownership and history of delivering results; strategic thinking + hands-on execution; thrives in ambiguous collaborative environments; broad UX expertise (qualitative & quantitative research, personas, journey mapping, UI design, prototyping); proactive and self-driven; strong technical skills (Figma, Miro, Maze, Condense or similar); passion for AI in UX; open to frequent travel (monthly, up to 25%) to US pilot locations; valid passport; fluent in English (spoken & written); bonus: interest in health, fitness, or behavioral science.
