About the role

  • New client acquisition: You independently identify and acquire corporate clients for EGYM Wellpass and take full responsibility for your sales process — from initiating first meetings to successfully closing contracts.
  • Existing client management: You support our Existing Business team as needed by leveraging the trust-based relationships you have built with your existing clients.
  • Initiative: You contribute to activating client employees through events and communication measures.
  • CRM management: You document your activities in a structured way in our CRM system (Salesforce), enabling efficient collaboration.
  • Sales innovation: You contribute optimization suggestions and ideas to make our sales efforts even more successful.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Supply and Existing Business.

Requirements

  • Sales experience: You have three years of practical experience in B2B sales and are ready to apply your skills in a growing market sector.
  • Regional affinity: You are from one of the listed regions or know the area well enough that you are familiar with the local culture, people and particularities.
  • Results orientation: You are driven by the idea of taking your own success into your own hands.
  • Purpose-driven selling: You want to take the next step in your career by selling a meaningful product and, with EGYM Wellpass, help companies place workplace health promotion at the center of their activities.
  • Working style: You maintain a structured and independent way of working.
  • Occupational health management: Ideally you have experience in corporate health management / company sports or relevant knowledge in this field, for example from studies.
  • Languages: You have fluent German and good English skills.
