Intern, Building Physics and Energy Design

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build solid subject-matter knowledge through practical project work
- Plan cost-effective, sustainable, user- and environmentally-friendly buildings from a building-physics perspective
- Implement current findings from research
- Support the team with building certifications, with a focus on DGNB
- Prepare life cycle assessments (LCAs) and take responsibility for sustainable material selection, deconstructability and recycling
- Perform smaller tasks in simulation or technical monitoring as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant subject knowledge and strong motivation
- Basic knowledge of buildings and an interest in deepening sustainability topics
- Good computer skills and confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiasm, commitment and ability to work in a team
