About the role
- Responsibility for integrated building-physics planning and quality assurance of buildings across all project phases
- Preparation of concepts, reports and compliance documentation in the areas of thermal protection, sound insulation and room acoustics
- Close collaboration within a multidisciplinary planning team of architects, structural engineers and building services (TGA)
- Communication with clients, authorities and certification bodies
Requirements
- Degree in building physics or civil engineering/architecture with a focus on building physics, or an equivalent qualification
- Motivated, and preferably experienced in the areas listed above
- Structured working method and a high degree of initiative
