Align and embed with Field Sales and Technical Delivery to propose and deliver successful outcomes for Managed Service Provider Agreement Services and Security Professional Services (70% Sales Execution).
Sell and deliver implementation and consulting for Defender suite, Sentinel, and third-party security services; evangelize specific security vendor solutions; provide direct field support to propose and close deals.
Engage with clients on-site and remotely to craft actionable strategic roadmaps for security, increase client investment across eGroup portfolio, deepen relationships, and encourage repeat and recurring business.
Deliver workshops, demos, and POCs for security solutions to demonstrate technical viability and facilitate decision-making.
Align with the Alliances team to foster and build stronger partnerships with security partners; support vendor engagement and participate in regular cadence calls (5% Vendor Relationships).
Lead assessment of new vendor technologies/services and represent eGroup Enabling Technologies in vendor programs or events.
Lead on-site and remote strategic sessions emphasizing actionable roadmaps for data center migration, modernization, networking, and security that are billable or lead to near-term billable revenue (25% Outward Facing Activities).
Support marketing initiatives (in-market and virtual roadshows, events, webinars, trade shows) as a resident subject-matter expert and support Technical Delivery to ensure project delivery success and customer satisfaction.
Report to VP of Strategy and drive results measured by revenues from positioning and delivery, emphasizing profitable recurring security managed services and exceeding company-defined goals for recurring services, professional services, and product gross margin.
Requirements
Proven experience in security leadership roles, with a strong focus on communication skills to effectively engage with customer CISOs, CIOs, and SecOps directors.
Familiarity with the managed services value proposition and the ability to articulate the benefits to clients.
Extensive experience with best-of-breed and consolidated security platforms, including Microsoft's Defender suite and Sentinel.
Proficiency in Microsoft security technologies, including Defender, Sentinel, and Purview.
Experience selling or delivering managed security services, such as XDR or SOC-as-a-Service.
At least 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity leadership role engaging directly with CISOs, CIOs, or SecOps leaders.
Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
Strong technical background in security solutions and services, with the ability to provide hands-on expertise and guidance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive successful outcomes for clients.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Comfortable leading client-facing workshops, demos, or strategic roadmap sessions both remotely and on-site.
