Operate a 24/7 highly-available VoIP infrastructure
Maintain an overview of the whole architecture and implement optimizations
Plan and install new VoIP services and keep existing services up to date
Ensure impeccable call quality and performance using state-of-the-art monitoring software
Monitor and coordinate with upstream carriers
Support software developers and AI teams with VoIP expertise for software development
Lead and contribute to projects: migration of VoIP Layer 3rd party call control to distributed WebRTC softphones; build highly available scalable WebRTC Softphone Registrar; transition SIP Servlet based contact center to HTML5; modernization and refactoring of existing environment; create interconnect with Microsoft Teams; develop a voicebot application
Requirements
Support our good team spirit by bringing your best self to work
Good experience in the VoIP field, especially with FreeSWITCH or Kamailio; experience with Asterisk is a plus
Good understanding of VoIP protocols and architectures and ability to read SIP traces (SIP, RTP, WebRTC, RTCP…)
Comfortable with Linux and database queries
Ability to work independently and effectively; co-coordinate tasks and responsibilities
Recognize opportunities for seamless improvements and drive to implement them into a modern infrastructure
Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in the field of Information Technology
