Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement the growth and corporate strategy
  • Open up new market segments, target audiences and sales channels
  • Further develop the e‑commerce business model and digital sales strategy
  • Identify additional service and growth opportunities
  • Responsible for sustainable revenue and margin growth
  • Optimize the entire customer journey
  • Further develop pricing, assortment and commercial strategies
  • Provide strategic direction for SEO, SEA, performance marketing and CRM
  • Leverage modern technologies and AI-based approaches to optimize internal processes and customer experiences
  • Develop data-driven control models and KPI systems
  • Work closely with IT, Operations and Executive Management
  • Evaluate and evolve the technological infrastructure
  • Build strategic partnerships and cooperation models

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in a scaling e‑commerce environment
  • Proven track record in business development, growth or digital scaling
  • Solid expertise in SEO, SEA, performance marketing and conversion optimization
  • Strong commercial understanding, including margin and contribution-margin management
  • Technical understanding of modern e‑commerce platforms and system landscapes
  • High affinity for digital technologies, automation and AI
  • Analytical, data-driven working style
  • Ideally: experience with technically complex products that require explanation
  • Experience with ERP, PIM, shop or CRM systems is an advantage
