About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple simultaneous client projects in collaboration with Consultants and other Researchers
Develop rigorous project approaches and strategies through market research, data tools, and project scoping
Guide project teams through search processes, candidate solutions, and client materials while maintaining quality and speed
Identify, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates using research, the Firm network, and external resources
Synthesize information and data from interviews, discussions, and working sessions
Work across Firm offerings to identify solutions for individual client needs
Create client documentation including candidate profiles, role specifications, search strategies, assessments, and progress reports
Partner with client teams on pitch presentations and business development materials
Drive business development activities, monitor market shifts, company updates, and people moves
Build targeted event lists for business development dinners, conferences, and other points of connection
Contribute to knowledge management by sharing expertise, developing industry networks, and recording pertinent information
Develop subject matter expertise and provide strategic guidance and insights on important trends and topics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience post-undergrad
Functional experience in market research, qualitative or legal research, professional services/consulting, or project planning
Project-based experience handling multiple mandates simultaneously
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication ability
Very strong attention to detail
Preferred: depth of knowledge or experience in the IT Services industry and ecosystem
Preferred: strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
Preferred: interest in executive search or professional services
Preferred: superior engagement management abilities and initiative to lead projects with minimal guidance
Preferred: ability to push back constructively and offer solutions
Preferred: forward-thinking, structured, and process-oriented approach
